1. General Terms and Acceptance

cv9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals above certain thresholds will not be processed until age and identity verification is complete.

3. Account Registration and Verification

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
3.1 Registration Requirements
- You must provide your real full name as it appears on your official identity document.

- Only one account per person is permitted. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
cv9 conducts identity verification in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
- Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
- Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing your name and address.
- Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits.
cv9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or limit account functionality while KYC verification is pending. Documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are stored securely with 256-bit SSL encryption.
3.3 Account Security

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

- Funds deposited must be used for gameplay on the cv9 platform. Depositing funds without the genuine intention to play — for example, for currency conversion purposes — is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
- Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on business days are typically processed within 2–4 hours. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed the following business day.
- cv9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding established thresholds.
- Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player before they are processed. Once processed, withdrawals cannot be reversed.
4.4 Currency and Exchange
All player account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. cv9 does not offer multi-currency accounts. If a payment is initiated in a foreign currency, it will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
5. Bonus and Promotions Policy
cv9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses credited to your cv9 account — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and free spins winnings — are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal request can be approved.

- Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution percentages are listed per promotion.

- Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
- Using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements rather than to engage in genuine gameplay.
- Colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms.
- Providing false or misleading information to qualify for a promotion.
5.3 Promotional Eligibility
Promotions at cv9 are available to players who have fully completed the KYC verification process. cv9 reserves the right to limit promotional eligibility based on player history, geographic location, or risk assessment. 6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on the cv9 platform, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.
6.1 Prohibited Activities
- Fraud and Deception: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using a fraudulently obtained payment method.
- Money Laundering: Using the cv9 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. cv9 actively monitors transactions for suspicious activity and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing cards in poker, coordinating bets, or exploiting platform vulnerabilities.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the cv9 platform without express written consent from cv9.
- Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks with your payment provider in relation to deposits made on cv9. Any player found to have initiated a fraudulent chargeback will have their account closed and the matter referred for recovery.
- Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the platform. cv9 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds that benefited from an identifiable error.
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or a different identity.
6.2 Player Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of cv9 is legal in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for reporting any winnings to relevant tax authorities in your country as required by local law. cv9 does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes on behalf of players. You are also responsible for keeping your contact details up to date so that cv9 can reach you regarding account matters, promotions, and regulatory communications.
7. Game Rules and Betting Rules

7.1 General Game Rules
- All games on the cv9 platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by our third-party game studio partners, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. These RNGs are independently audited to ensure fairness.

- If a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required time of play (as defined per sport), bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are available within the betting interface.

- Winnings from voided bets will not be paid. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's account balance.
7.3 Virtual Sports
Virtual sports markets on cv9 are determined entirely by certified RNG outcomes, not by real-world athletic results. Virtual sports events run continuously on a scheduled basis 24 hours a day. All virtual sports results are final and no disputes based on the perceived realism or accuracy of the simulation will be entertained.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
Either you or cv9 may close your account. The process and consequences differ depending on whether closure is voluntary (player-initiated) or involuntary (cv9-initiated).
8.1 Player-Initiated Closure
You may close your cv9 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] with a written request to close your account. Before your account is closed:
- Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to completion.
- Any active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited.
- Real money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC verification.

8.2 cv9-Initiated Suspension or Closure
cv9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, and withhold or reclaim any funds therein, if we determine on reasonable grounds that:
- You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
- You have violated any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct described in Section 6.
- Your account activity suggests involvement in fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
- You are or were under 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Continued operation of your account would place cv9 in breach of applicable law or regulatory guidance.
In cases where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or material breach of these Terms, cv9 reserves the right to retain all funds in the account pending investigation and recovery of any amounts owed to cv9 or third parties. Players who dispute a cv9-initiated closure may submit a formal complaint to our support team within 30 days of the closure notification.
8.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. cv9 will attempt to contact the account holder via registered email before applying a dormancy status. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month after a 12-month period of inactivity, deducted from the available balance until the balance reaches zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a re-verification process.
8.4 Complaints and Disputes
cv9 operates a formal complaints process for any player who believes they have been treated unfairly. Complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and should include your registered username, a clear description of the issue, the date(s) on which the issue occurred, and any supporting evidence. cv9 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
